Having many regrets on the deathbed haunts me the most. I do not want to die with more than 3 major regrets in life. And my biggest regret would entail not having lived a full life.
Anger
Is mastery over emotional brain a prerequisite to undertake spiritual journey? Didn't the awakened beings get angry at vices?
Suffering
Pain originated from the heart and that's why it hurts. There is a reason why 'heart' and 'hurt' sounds so similar. The answer must be there too.....in the heart!
life
Commit to a goal, Stick to it, Go all in. It’s worth it.
freedom
Can you will yourself to think a thought? Do you tell your mind to think this particular thought now and that one three seconds later? And even if you can tell your mind what to do, does it listen?
determinism
Maybe even God is clueless about the future. He/She is just AWARE or AWAKE to the fact that everything that happens, happens. No inherent reason or meaning.

Why is mind so obsessed with all these 'why' questions and always looking for their answers which almost always lead to more questions?
Just like drug de-addiction and rehabilitation centres, we would be needing social media de-addiction centres in every nook and corner in very near future.
That is to say you can not numb only sadness, grief, pain, anger, hatred without affecting their counter opposites. When you close the windows of your mind to rain, the sunshine will be blocked out too. It's simple.
God is the matter and Godliness is the space in between; God is the e-ink on this screen and Godliness is the white space in between.
It happened because it had to. No other reason.
I blame and thank society at the same time
Most of the parents are so protective and afraid that they raise their children emotionally inept, overly-sensitive, and generally weak.
What if at the "time" of the big bang what happened was that a blackhole of another universe connected with or rather originated "our" whitehole through a wormhole?
If you have a question then it's your unique question arising out of your own unique set of experiences. How can anyone else answer it? Even if one answers it it will not fully satisfy you because it's not 'your' answer.
Love is the only way to go beyond it and until complete knowledge is attained, there will be a little ego. Still these are very good ideas. You are moving around the divine.
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
I like my boss in this aspect. When time and occasion permit he cracks a joke and laughs making the dull office routine 'lighter'. But, usually I have to be very careful with what I say and how I behave outside home. And it kills me.
